Something Nuada could not do alone.

So what Lugh was skilled in?

The Harpist

The Warrior

The Poet

The Magician

In all he was good!

The guard told Nuada of Ildanach,

Curious Nuada let Lugh in,

And played chess with him which he did win!

After his victory Lugh was led before the king,

And another challenge was upon him.

The champion of the king,

Threw a stone from the citadel,

And Lugh had to throw it back;

Which he did effortless.

The king was impressed,

And wanted Lugh on the throne.

Ildanach defeated the Fomors,

In everything he did win!
