“Sakura visits the hospital to see Sasuke but finds that Sasuke has left. While there, Sakura checks on Rock Lee. Despite the injuries that have taken away his hopes of becoming a ninja, Lee trains to regain his strength. The training causes him too much pain, and he passes out. Elsewhere, the many finalists continue their training, with Naruto finally managing to summon a tadpole with hind legs. Sasuke, himself, is off training with Kakashi”.

Analysis
Sasuke left the hospital because he wanted to train with Kakashi. He wants to be fully prepared for the final Chunin exams. Just like Naruto, he is also determined to win the match; hence, he and Naruto share this similarity. It seems like throughout the series, they are very much alike, even though they are rivals.
Since Sasuke left the hospital, Sakura decided to check on Lee, where she found him training. Therefore, Lee is similar to Naruto in the sense that he doesn’t know when to give up. This is shown when he kept training despite the injuries that had taken away his hopes of becoming a ninja. At that moment, it makes the audience feel sorry for him; hence, there is a sad atmosphere.
Just like Sasuke, Naruto is also training for the finals. For instance, Naruto finally managed to summon a tadpole with hind legs, which means that he is one step closer to summoning a toad. Therefore, we will expect a change in Naruto’s training in the next episode.
The lesson from this episode is that when you accomplish something, there isn’t time for excuses, just like Sasuke, who was in the hospital yet decided to train for the finals.
