A towering stream of Plasmatic energy shines through the sky as a beacon for all living creatures to see. For some, it's a warning not to head there. For others, it's a signal to stop fighting because the biggest fighters are now exchanging blows. And for the rest, it's a signal of where to head.
But for the two causing this stream of energy to be expelled toward the skies, it is not because of a warning. Or sending a signal out for help. Both of these fighters are in pain. And the energy being expelled from their bodies is a symbol of that pain. But what they're experiencing is far more painful than physical pain. For Supremeo, it's the pain of potentially ending the life of his creator's longest friend, and for War Hawk, it's the pain of potentially ending his longest friend's last remnants of life. Both are feeling this pain while also being forced into an extreme battle with each other to save hundreds of thousands of lives.
A handful of pirates and soldiers from Edenn manage to make their way toward the part of the battlefield where Supremeo and War Hawk are fighting. Both pirates and soldiers slowly get closer to see what's causing the towering stream of energy. When both sides make it over the hill, they finally see what's causing the distraction in the sky. And all of them stop in awe at what they're witnessing.
In front of the pirates and soldiers are two of the most advanced battle droids attacking each other at full strength, with the idea of saving one another and thousands of innocent people. While locked in battle Supremeo says to himself, "This is insanity! I'm being forced to fight with my creator's old friend to save innocent people. And he's engaging in this fight with me for the same thing! Victor lived his life as a great man. And ended up as a hero to these people. Victor is the last person I'd expect to end up like this. Losing Elias must have made him rush into a dangerous situation carelessly. That doesn't matter. The Victor I know from Elias's memories would never want a quick way out. Especially if he felt that the scales of good he's done haven't outweighed his evil deeds in his life. Victor would tell Elias their lives were blessings given to them. And they must use the gifts they've learned from their lives to make the short time here better for others. And hopefully inspire more good in the world before they leave. So the people of tomorrow can help build a paradise for the people in the future...I promise you, Victor. I will help you live out those words you've sown in my creator's mind. Because of your friendship with him, I exist today. And after this fight. Together we can continue building that paradise like you did with Elias and the others."
While trading blows with Supremeo. War Hawk tells himself, "If this is my final battle so be it. I have faith in Elias's droid to continue the mission he and I made. This droid talks and attacks exactly how Elias would. No disrespect to you droid, but with my old friend's memories implanted in your mind. I'd rather call you Elias than the name you were given...When I was captured. I wondered how you would find me. I was hoping it would've been before this new body was completed. Sadly that didn't happen. Both of us changed. You were murdered before you could find me. All your memories transferred into the Supremeo droid. And me, I became the monstrosity you see before you....Old friend, if this is the last time we are together in this realm. I hope in the afterlife, I can see you again in your normal state. Until then, the least we can do is save these people from a world-shattering explosion, and while doing that, we give these spectators a good fight!"
Supremeo tries for another arm cannon blast. Once again the aiutu's blast is stopped by War Hawk's claws as he quickly guards his face by putting his claws up with the sun crystals facing forward. While doing this, War Hawk is also absorbing the energy being thrown at him. As the arm cannon blast dies down. War Hawk Slashes toward Supremeo. And to the aiutu's surprise, the energy emanating from War Hawk's claws shoots towards Supremeo like a tidal wave.
Just like War Hawk, Supremeo puts his hands up and immediately absorbs the energy thrown back at him with his sun crystals in his palms. With flames surrounding his hands, Supremeo balls his fists up and grins at his opponent then says, "A blocked attack followed by another blocked attack. Long-distance offensive maneuvers are out for both of us for now." War Hawk tells Supremeo, "Yes. It's almost as if you had some great teachers in combat."
Supremeo smirks knowing War Hawk is complimenting Bernard and Victor. Then he replies to War Hawk, saying, "It looks like I'll be using mostly close-range attacks. Something you've always been good at." War Hawk says, "Yes. As I was trying to imply earlier. You were always going to be my perfect opponent. So, with all those lessons you've had from those great teachers. Let's see if it earns you a victory today."
Supremeo says to War Hawk, "Alright, let's see." Both droids launch themselves toward each other with the rocket tech in their boots. War Hawk's rockets give out a few seconds too early, signaling another step to the bomb's detonation. This surprises War Hawk and leaves him open for a moment which allows Supremeo to connect with a powerful punch to War Hawk's face.
An inekium fist, enflamed with a powerful sun crystal, slams against War Hawk's helmet, temporarily shaking the vision of War Hawk. The Plasma energy leaves flames and then smoke across War Hawk's vision as well.
Supremeo quickly looks at the damage he's caused, then unleashes an attack at War Hawk again by launching mini missiles placed on the earpieces of his head. 8 missiles were launched and hit their target.
This attack completely shrouds War Hawk in smoke. And immediately shuts off the towering stream of energy lighting up the sky from both sun crystals on Supremeo and War Hawk. This leaves the fire started by Julius and sparks from the pirates and soldiers' weapons as the only light source of this battle.
That is until, from the smoke, a flaming purple blur reaches out and slashes Supremeo above his chest and shoulder. Sparks spill out of Supremeo's body as Supremeo moves away. This sudden attack causes Supremeo's Meteor mode to shut off.
As the smoke clears. War Hawk is seen standing tall, with his claws drawn and plasma energy radiating from his hands. He stares at Supremeo as he frantically scans his body to check for the damage caused by him.
And to Supremeo's Surprise, he's left with a gash across his chest and shoulder. He looks up and sees War Hawk staring directly back at him. The lenses of the War Hawk helmet glow a bright orange while looking at its foe. Then War Hawk tells Supremeo, "You moved. But not quick enough. I still got you."
Supremeo says, "Nice shot. I noticed you aimed above the center sun Crystal. I would've absorbed the energy of that attack and just taken the hit of your claws alone if it were a few inches closer."
War Hawk says, "This is still a fight of life and death. You have no time to appreciate your opponent's battle strategies!" After saying this. War Hawk swipes his claws toward Supremeo's head, but his attack stops short when Supremeo grabs both of his arms.
Supremeo pulls War Hawk into his range. Then he says to War Hawk, "Thanks for the advice Victor. Nice to see you're still giving out lessons even in your current state. Then Supremeo delivers a powerful headbutt right between War Hawk's eyes.
The headbutt causes a sharp ringing noise to echo through the air. Next, Supremeo lets go of War Hawk and swiftly lands a punch to the droid's abdomen, causing another ringing echo to accompany the first.
Supremeo strikes at his opponent again. Only this time, he misses and is grabbed at the waist by War Hawk. Then slams Supremeo to the ground twice. As he goes for the 3rd slam, to War Hawk's surprise he's blasted by plasma fireballs from Supremeo's palms.
He lets go of the aiutu and Supremeo stumbles but regains his position for the next attack. Which fails when War Hawk quickly summons the fallen bladed feathers from his back to form a sword. Which they do.
Through the tech in War Hawk's armored gauntlets. The weapon flies into War Hawk's hands. He swings his blade at Supremeo's arms and misses, because Supremeo launched them off his body.
The arms quickly circle back to reconnect with Supremeo's body, but both arms get struck down just as quickly by War Hawk's sword.
Both arms get grounded for a moment. War Hawk flips his sword back to Supremeo's abdomen and aims to poke a hole through it.
But to War Hawk's shock, the blade snaps into multiple pieces. Then through the use of the sun crystal. Supremeo fries the snapped bladed feathers. Then uses the jet pack made by Sylvia to fly a short distance away from his foe.
From the distance Supremeo stands. War Hawk sees both of the aiutu's arms fly back and reattach themselves. Then Supremeo tells War Hawk, "I noticed the bladed wings on your back aren't made of inekium. So I had to see if this material could withstand a shot from the center cannon in my chest. And by the looks of your sword, it can't."
War Hawk tells Supremeo, "That's because after Elias's final fight, there wasn't enough inekium material when Amaro and Julius stole the defeated aiutus. Once we arrived at one of Elias's hidden labs in Edenn with the inekium forge, Julius decided to mold the pieces of the inekium metal with zhekumium to create a new alloy. It's twice as dense as the original metal. Also making it twice as dense. Seeing these results, Julius decided to use the new alloy for my new body's torso, legs, and claws. This gave him the idea of equipping my blind spots with bladed zhekumium feathers. You see old friend, my Wings aren't for battle droids like you and me. They're for the soldiers. Julius would say this himself, "These wings are for intimidation. In an instant, a soldier could be frozen in fear. And in that same instant that soldier, along with all of his infantry, can receive a blade through their hearts."
Supremeo asks War Hawk, "What did he call the new alloy?"
War Hawk answers Supremeo by saying, "I didn't like the name, but Julius called it 'inekium Z' the Z symbolizing the end. The end of wars. The end of losing loved ones. The end of battle droids, but most of all. The end of his mission. Which is gaining total control of this planet's government or burning a hole through it and its people that will last for generations."
War Hawk continues to tell Supremeo, "So as you can see old friend. We're at the burning a hole through generations part. And contrary to how I've been acting. I want you to prevent that! So before we continue, I have to tell you. This time I won't be stopping for breaks like this. It's because the process of Julius's grand explosion has started, and as I told you earlier if I slow down in a fight. I'll be taking you all with me through the other side of this explosion....So, ready to end this?"
With the short conversation between both droids, Supremeo is able to regain his composure. So the aiutu begins to charge his energy into meteor mode once again.
Supremeo's sun crystals begin to shine an intense yellow glow. Then the crystal's yellow glow changes into blue. Next Supremeo's body appears to be shrouded in a raging electrical current. Yellow waves of the electrical current can be seen flowing upward over Supremeo's body while blue bolts of electricity appear to shoot out from Supremeo's center sun crystal, shoulder armor, and ear pieces.
Supremeo looks toward War Hawk to tell him, "Let me tell you about Meteor Mode Victor. Sigmond once faced me in this state. And lost. But not without the original sun crystals as my power source. And in case your memory isn't what it used to be. The power of those crystals was strong enough to lift a ship the size of a mountain. So this little skirmish will be finished my way not Julius's."
War Hawk's talons begin to light up with a purple glow. Next he tells Supremeo, "Yes I remember. Elias couldn't figure out how to match the specs and energy output for his crystals. Hopefully, you or Sylvia will be the one to do that. But even so, Elias's Sun Crystals are still a powerful source of energy."
Supremeo can see War Hawk's talons glowing with a similar electrical current he produced earlier. He's surprised at what he sees. Then he hears War Hawk telling him, "And for your meteor mode, once reports got back from Cauchemar of your battle with Sigmond. Julius built in a way to enhance my attributes. But it would require a powerful source of energy. And after months of failed attempts at making a crystal of his own, Amaro came through with a well-drawn plan for taking your power source. And here we are."
The electrical current surrounding War Hawk is now noticeably larger. Where his wings used to be are now replaced by flames that shoot out and flail in the winds of the battlefield like flags planted in the ground on a windy day.
Now standing face to face against each other War Hawk tells Supremeo. "Julius added this technique to my repertoire after reading reports of your fight against Sigmond. It can come in handy for quickly mowing down armies or eleminating battle droids powerful enough to go toe to toe with me. Right now, that's clearly you. So let's see if your meteor mode can defeat me while I'm in my Phoenix State!"
