Only when Rayshel strolled past him and beckoned him over with her hand did he move. Still, he was cautious, and this was reflected in his slow march. Then he came in contact with the darkness. It was fluid and clear, like the surface of a clean sea. Dae felt an invisible force pull him in, and the next moment he stood behind the darkness.
