Chapter Seven
Chris told Rick about her ordeal, as they had a romantic time in the woods.
'I had a great time, Rick. When it was late, my Mom hit me. She never did that before. I was afraid of the woods. It was so silent; so creepy. I ran to the oak trees. And, as I slept, I was awakened to see a hideous man. He had a sharp knife...and attacked me. Afterwards, I was in my bed. Sheriff Earl Tierney hunted for the man...But to no avail. I was scared'.
'You're safe now, Chris. I am a lover, not a fighter'.
And Chris smiled, as she remembered the past.

The van's light was off.
'It's out of power. I know a short cut through the woods'. They reached the cabins; they were smelling something was burning on the stove. 'Everyone's gone', Chris said. She smelled the rotten vegetables in a bowl. 'Something's wrong', she said. Her friends were missing...or dead.
'Andy! Debbie! Are you guys here? Shelly! Vera!'.
'I don't like this, Rick'.
'Chuck and Chili aren't here too', Rick said.

Suddenly they saw Jason Voorhees.
He smiled at them.
He pulled off the mask.
'You!'.
He was about to kill them, when they ran to the van.
'Get in!', Rick screamed.

And, as he watched them, the horror of Friday the 13th was over.
