Laying in the gutter!

Been there for days!

Another day comes, and you're desperate!

Hiding in bushes and boxes when I come around!

Catch a fade!

Dusty and old, you still have to beg just to get paid.

Fifty-four, and you have to retire.

Your better days are behind you!

No benefits, no money, just wrinkles!

Time wasn't kind to you!

Old friend, you're just washed up!

Now just a statistic, a number on a page!

Things go on, and now that you caught a fade!
