In the continent of Kaldonia, plague is spreading to nearly every city and town, leaving the population in shambles. Malachi and Carson, two orphaned pickpockets come into contact with news of an old myth: Miracle of the Phoenix! 
The two boys set on a long adventure, trying to outrun the mystical plague and in search of the cure! However, the cure isn't what it seems.
Through this adventure comes tragedy, betrayal, bloodshed and loyalties will be put to the test.
