We had gotten to the classroom and Amy told me to sit with her. Amy seemed really nice, she talked to me on the way here about Linen and how long they'd been friends. She said she was happy Linen had finally made other friends, especially since Linen was very anti-social and didn't really like people. What a shock, I mean Linen was only mean, sassy, and completely uninterested last night.
I looked around the classroom and tried to observe my surroundings. It was an art room that was pretty, with fairy lights hanging around the room and jellyfish lanterns hanging on the ceiling. Collages were hanging on the wall along with all different kinds of music posters. The walls were painted a light pink and the room was lit by the chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The room had a lot of personality, and the paint tubes all on the counters really fit the vibe. I was really soaking in the room. It felt so calming and nice when I saw a picture of the cutest cat. The art teacher really did a great job decorating the room, it definitely was her. She was tall with long light brown hair and blue eyes and she had on jellyfish earrings that matched the lanterns in her room. She had on an apron with a mushroom on it that held her paintbrushes.
After looking around the room I realized Ms. Allison had music on, it seemed like she had a playlist on that was very indie and Jazz but also snuck in some Taylor Swift (The only common music name we heard in the Perfect World) Which made me really think how different our world was. The perfect world was more strict and kind of emotionless. We didn't have a lot of the things this world did, I mean we had different music and shows. Our world was more put together and perfect, in this world it was messy and imperfect. But I kind of liked it, it was different and honestly pretty. I hadn't realized how long I had been thinking until Amy Tapped me on the shoulder and asked me about my schedule.
"Can I see your schedule so I can maybe help you get to your next class?" She said in her soft tone. Amy was super nice and pretty, she had long straight black hair and dark eyes, and she was fair-skinned but lighter than Linen, with little freckles on her face. " Yeah, let me grab it," I said as I bent down and grabbed it from my bag. I got it out of my bag and gave it to her. "Oh my gosh, we have a lot of the same classes!" she smiled, sounding happy. " Really?" I said back. " Yeah, we're gonna have a lot of time to get to know each other," she winked. Then the bell rang and completely made me even more flustered.
