My name’s not Alice,

Though it is close,

My dress isn’t blue,

And I don’t say oh dear,

Or how very queer

A rabbit in a waistcoat,

Beckons for me to come,

Yet I am perfectly fine sitting here,

So I ask why

He says I’ll be late,

He holds out a watch,

I wonder how he does that with no thumbs.

He says I’ll be late again,

Well will I get a tardy?

He treats me like I’m daft

I may be a little dull

But what sort of person,

Follows a rabbit down a hole?
