White noise, white light,

White plane in a white sky,

White is clean, white is good,

White is homogeny,

All around me,

A snow-covered landscape,

A blanket of simplicity,

A monochromatic daydream,

A consensus of appearance,

How difficult it must be,

To be black, to be red,

To be different, to be queer,

To be alone in the ocean,

To have an absence of fear,

I feel blue,

My companion is black,

Our pilot is green,

The air is thick with orange,

Your tears drip red,

No pot of gold at this rainbow’s end,

Colours fade,

I open my eyes,

All is white.
