There is a moment, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAenLG1PtRBV
A split second, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAZ1U0Ph2ZLd
Between birth, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAMsrkxQgTx7
And death, 984Please respect copyright.PENANATTIiY0UpT4
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 984Please respect copyright.PENANARZERcFIS4b
Everyone you have ever loved, 984Please respect copyright.PENANA3vycIZSk8S
Everything, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAfbePyhoThI
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAlrsxsnSySc
One year, 984Please respect copyright.PENANA6ijw94DexJ
Ten years, 984Please respect copyright.PENANA5U4kEDM4bN
Fifty years, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAJwXhbcI4Fr
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 984Please respect copyright.PENANA7UEZuIYtml
But though that may be, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAKgceq5YurY
The nature of mortality, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAkLO8PyzONV
There is more to life, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAc2OTaa4zwL
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAlOmf8KVCA5
Know that all life, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAUkzrGvvY8K
Exists the same, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAmqV207DBxb
Ends the same.
So live your life, 984Please respect copyright.PENANAyodRWK2bz6
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
