未經授權之轉載、擷取、翻譯、抄襲、變造、AI衍生內容生成擅自製作漫畫、影視、動畫、遊戲、廣播劇或相關商品以任何形式營利、流通、宣傳、變更、存儲、二次創作等使用若經查證發現侵權，將立即執行以下法律措施：
發送律師函（含電子與實體副本）至侵權人與平台所有方於侵權所在地提出刑事告訴及民事求償訴訟申請跨境封鎖、資產保全與永久內容下架最高求償金額：新台幣 500 萬元（約 15,625 美元）本作品已委託數位追蹤監控機構執行「侵權行為掃描計畫（ICP）」，所有可疑IP與使用者紀錄將永久保留，不受地區、帳號刪除或VPN更改所影響。平台配合程度亦將列入連帶責任評估範圍。
本聲明為正式法律公告，自公開日起即具法律效力，任何未經授權之使用皆視為明知而為之。請勿嘗試，否則一切後果自負，概不寬貸。
