I needed him to touch me, to feel his flesh against mine, to be vulnerable and pure all at the same time. He thinks he will break me but he has no idea how quickly he has healed me. I never wanted to be touched by another male again, but Damon changed that. I can see into his soul, I can feel his love and security regardless of distance.

Damon took a deep breath and started to undress, carefully stepping into the shower with me, water cascading over us, he stood behind me and placed his arms around my waist, closing the space between us. No words spoken, not that we needed to speak, our bodies did all the talking. We stood in the shower for what felt like hours, just holding each other and letting the water fall over our bodies.

“I should really wash” I say finally wishing i didn't have to but i really needed a wash. Damon only hummed in response.

He proceeds to washme, using a loofah to cover my entire body with creme soap. Gently lathering me until my skin was covered with the foam, Slowly he rinses me off his hands, softly embracing my body in a calming rhythm. My pain subsides slightly as Damon holds me. I lean in to him, letting my instincts take control, we stay like this for a while, not moving nor talking, just embraced in our own world.

We spend time around each other in the shower which we kind of used as a tiny steam room, just sitting in the corner of the oversized shower cubicle.

“Yeah I'm just in some pain that's all.” I say hiding the wave of pain which almost felt worse than the time I was stabbed. Damon nods his head and starts to leave the shower, he wraps a towel around his waist and then grabs a towel off the side and holds it open for me. I turn the shower off and as I step out of the shower Damon steps closer to me and starts to encase me with the towel.

“Little wolf, I am about to carry you to the bed. You are lying about how much pain you are in.” Damon says softly, I just look at him and nod my head, my pain is too great to argue and I knew I wasn’t going to win any argument with damon.

As Damon lifts me and carries me in his arms a rush of pain hits me, I instantly bite down on my lip to mask my whimper but it doesn't work, I start whimpering and tears are blinking from my eyes as I fight the wave of pain. Damon notices and makes a quick dash to the bed to lie me down.

“Raine, I am going to contact the pack doctor but I need you to dress, You'll get cold.” Damon says as he lays me down on the bed. I squirm in pain as he lets go, he runs to the closet to get me some clothing and sanitary products, when he comes back he places all the stuff on the bed and turns around to give me privacy.

The way he calls me “Little Wolf” makes my stomach churn with excitement but his touch sends me flying through the clouds, my pain subsides when he holds me close. His touch is all I crave right now. I finished getting dressed and turned to Damon. Damon turns and looks at me with sympathy written all over his face.

“Okay Little Wolf, I shall contact the doctor now and let’s get you out of this pain. I can sense your pain and it's bad my love. Rikko is uneasy with feeling yours and Miyana’s pain.” Damon says while stroking my face, There’s a quiet knock on the door which brung Damon out of his trance. He lets me go and signals for me to get into the bed, I take the hint and lie in the bed. A few moments later Damon walks back over to the bed with the doctor.
“Luna, your body is responding to the loss of Moon, I have a shot which will help your wolf speed the healing process” the doctor said I look at him and nod my head, agreeing to the shot.

The doctor nods his head back at me and proceeds to take out a syringe and bottle of liquid from his bag. He places the needle in the cap of the bottle, flips it upside down and draws out some of the liquid. He gave the syringe a few taps before taking my arm and looking where to inject. After a sharp prick it’s over, I don’t feel any different so I look confused.

“Luna it may take a day for the serum to work but in a couple days you should be fully healed and so should your wolf” the doctor says seeing my confused face

“Thank you doctor, I shall see you out” Damon says cutting in, the doctor smiles at me and turns to leave with Damon behind him. Once Damon shut the door he came and laid with me on the bed.
