然而忍耐著,避免急進而自亂陣腳,採用肥直所教的「翻閹」泳法,到25公尺(半池)時已然趕上細豬,在毫無壓力下還可邊游邊自我評估,自忖划頻還一直維持中速而已,體力方面仍然遊刃有餘;過了半池後,逐漸增加划手的頻率(腳夾pull board,不能踢水),去到最後15公尺(池底有條瀝青幼黑線的)再閉氣全速衝線觸壁。596Please respect copyright.PENANApyZdbD5yCQ
