Hell, I'm so lazy that I feel cooking, walking, and sometimes even eating is such a chore or a waste of time, when I could be enjoying my time watching, I don't know, Youtube.

Artists are creative in general, so I can see why this is. But because of not being very grounded to reality, these sorts of people can come off as hyper-sensitive and ignorant. They don't really interact with people outside their little bubble, and it's easy to be misinformed.482Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ5veZ6weU4Y
Of course, I'm not shaming artists or anything. But I do think being somewhat grounded is important, and not just believing whatever you're told.
We have also got to remember that just because we're stuck in our own world, that doesn't mean everyone else must accommodate for us. Even though we're the main character in our story, we're just background characters in most peoples' stories.
