人類歌者 Annelise，記憶裡藏著文明最後的旋律。為了抵抗讓世界陷入沉默的「語毒」，她踏上了創造「新語言」的旅程，誓要為萬物重新命名。

當一個渴望毀滅、一個尋找存在、一個試圖創造——三人的道路意外交織，他們將在末日深處做出選擇：究竟讓世界歸於絕望的寂靜，還是唱響屬於人類的最後樂章。
